Warum sollte man ein gut funktionierendes historisches Objektiv umbauen?

Weil es noch mehr Spaß macht. Ich habe das Helios 44 – 2 (letzter Beitrag) verändert. Ich habe einfach mal die Frontlinse gedreht. Das macht das Fotografieren nicht leichter, aber die Bilder spannender. Schaut selbst:

Why convert a well-functioning historical lens?

Because it’s even more fun. I changed the Helios 44-2 (last post). I just turned the front lens. That doesn’t make taking photos easier, but it makes the pictures more exciting. Check it out for yourself:

Heute möchte ich euch ein paar Bilder zeigen, die ich mit dem Helios 44-2 gemacht habe. Dieses Objektiv wurde ab 1958 in Russland hergestellt. Der ursprüngliche Entwurf des Objektivs, das Biotar 2/58 stammte vom High-End-Hersteller Carl Zeiss Jena. Dieses wurde nach dem Krieg als Reparationsleistung von der Sowjetunion beansprucht. Das Helios gehört zu den am meisten produzierten Objektiven und macht, wie alle historischen Objektive, richtig Spaß beim Malen mit Licht.

Today I would like to show you a few pictures that I took with the Helios 44-2. This lens was manufactured in Russia from 1958. The original design of the lens, the Biotar 2/58, came from the high-end manufacturer Carl Zeiss Jena. This was claimed by the Soviet Union as a reparation payment after the war. The Helios is one of the most popular lenses and, like all historical lenses, is really fun to paint with light.
